Svenja Schulze, Germany’s Minister for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, visited the Dillinger steel rolling plant together with Saarland’s Economics and Energy Minister Anke Rehlinger, Environment Minister Reinhold Jost and District Administrator Patrik Lauer.
Saarland’s steel industry is realigning. “We are doing this in a completely integrated process at Dillinger and Saarstahl with the long-term goal of continuing the intergenerational contract,” said Tim Hartmann, Chairman of the Board of Management of Dillinger and Saarstahl.
