Dr. Karlheinz Blessing reappointed as Chief Executive Officer,

At their meetings on May 22, 2015 the Supervisory Boards of Aktien-Gesellschaft der Dillinger Hüttenwerke (Dillinger Hütte) and Holding DHS - Dillinger Hütte Saarstahl AG have reappointed Dr. Karlheinz Blessing (58) as Chief Executive Officer of Dillinger Hütte and DHS – Dillinger Hütte Saarstahl for a term of five years with effect from February 10, 2016.
Furthermore Fred Metzken (59) was reappointed as a member of the Board of Management of Dillinger Hütte (Financial Division) and as a member of the Board of Management of DHS – Dillinger Hütte Saarstahl for a term of five years with effect from April 1, 2016 and Peter Schweda (57) was reappointed as a member of the Board of Management and Labor Director of Dillinger Hütte as well as member of the Board of Management of DHS – Dillinger Hütte Saarstahl also for a term of five years with effect from April 11, 2016.
The Board of Management of Dillinger Hütte is composed of the following: Dr. Karlheinz Blessing (CEO), Dr. Günter Luxenburger (Sales), Fred Metzken (Finance), Dr. Bernd Münnich (Technical) and Peter Schweda (Human Resources, Labor Director). The Board of Management of DHS consists of Dr. Karlheinz Blessing (chairman), Fred Metzken and Peter Schweda.
