Personnel change on the Management Board of Aktien-Gesellschaft der Dillinger Hüttenwerke and Saarstahl AG

The Supervisory Board of Saarstahl AG in its meeting held today reappointed Martin Baues (56) as a member of the Board of Management for a further five years with effect from February 10, 2017.
Martin Baues has been a member of the Board of Management since February 10, 2012, and holds responsibility for Technology. The Saarstahl Board of Management also consists of Fred Metzken (Spokesperson and Finance), Dr. Klaus Richter (Sales) and Peter Schweda (Human Resources, Labour Director).
